At first, there was a technical assessment online at the company presmises
Then after that there was a face to face interview
Lastly, there will be an HR interview later on.
It seemed like they take in a lot of graduates than anyone else though, but there are some seniors.

Entrevista
First the was the technical Java online test, Second one on one interview followed by a technical test I had to write on paper. The interviewer was very nice and knew her stuff.
