Thanks for this feedback! You are correct in that we probably have a few more people involved in the hiring process than other companies. Our thought process behind that is twofold: we value consensus building among our teammates, and we also want candidates to get a wide exposure to our employees and culture. We realize it's a delicate balance between "too much" and "not enough" interviews and we are constantly re-calibrating to find that sweet spot. It is certainly a balancing act!
