I had an interview with the owner for almost 2hours. We talked about my previous experience, and he explained the home health agency's work style such as OASIS assessment, documentations, and implementations.

Not much of an interview, mostly just look for someone with a rn with a license. I applied through indeed and received a call from a recruiter. They will train you, so new grads are encouraged to apply.
