They try to put the most pressure on you on the interviews, setting you up for a really hard time. It was not a friendly talk at all, and it was also really really long.

I don't understand their interview process. They select candidates who do not even have relevant experience to the profile but reject candidates who have the experience. So please give feedback next time when rejecting a candidate. And for candidates, it's better not to apply to this company
Fast, quick feedback from the first stage.
Assessment was also not bad. Then the TL round as well. They really tried about not wating candidates time and questions were straight forward.
