Entrevista
Approached - attempted head hunt from current employer via their internal talent acquisition team. Wouldn’t tell me key details about the role unless I spoke with them on the phone. I agreed to get more info with a view to seeing whether it was something I might be interested in. It was an explicit reason for the call - to get key details about the role. I was contacted as agreed, but had a chap on the phone explaining the interview process. I explained it wasn’t an interview and that I just wanted more details. After a bit of a chat it sounded like an interesting gig but they would not even give a rough indication of the salary band. I therefore withdrew/declined to consider their offer further.
5 rounds - first with recruiter, then an assessment (online test), then a case study with a senior manager, then an interview with the hiring manager and then another interview (culture fit interview) with another senior manager/stakeholder
