The process is weird .I applied via linkedin and kept searching on the website for the office location in Mumbai.I got an email with a link asking to give an analytical test. The test was designed as a physics or engg mechanics paper which has not a remote connection to the ops manager position.I thought they were looking for some algebra teacher or something. The open ended questions seems to be designed to get inputs from the candidate to help them reduce cost and manage issues which highlights the company in poor light.I realised that this is a waste of my time and has nothing to do with the job.its a means of getting free inputs

Write a blog as damage control for technical issues

Entrevista
Talent team reached out. Screening call arranged with the screener. 1 hour interview conducted. Result was shared couple of days later. Asked for feedback and received. Eventhough it was not accurate or made any sense.
The interview process consists of four rounds: an HR screening, a criteria-based assessment test, an interview with the Line Manager, and a final discussion with the Team Lead, all for a London-based role.

Experience in creating strategies with ambiguities
Hr Screening - Problem Solving - Home Task - 2 other fit ones I think. The process is clear and fast, the interviewers are mean, prepare yourself for this. Everyone I know who has applied has had a horrible experience.
