One of their recruiters reached out to me on LinkedIn multiple times before I agreed to schedule a call. I was sceptic at first because I knew about the problems within the company but in the end, I decided to interview with them because I was interested in what they were doing. The recruiter was nice and he wanted to know about my past experiences. He also explained everything about their interview process as well as how they are trying to improve their company culture after I asked him about it. After that, they asked me to schedule a call for a portfolio review with 2 designers, although it took them 2 weeks to book the call because they were busy. When we finally had the call, the 2 designers were very cold and not friendly at all, which made me a bit uncomfortable. The fact that only one of them was talking was also a bit weird. The other person didn't say a single word after the introduction and it seemed like he was bored and had just woke up. At some point, he even left the call without saying anything. After I presented a couple of projects, the only person remaining started asking a few questions, which I found a bit unrelated to what I was presenting. In the end, I had the impression that he wasn't really listening to me. A few days later, the recruiter told me they were impressed and wanted me to move to the next stage, which was a home task about a product similar to their app. It took me 3 days to complete the task but after I sent it to them, it took 1 one to know the result, which was unsuccessful. They thanked me for taking the time to interview and left me with a poorly written feedback in which they mentioned that they didn't like my solution. Overall a bad experience.
