Applied for a senior role for experienced professionals. Revolut quickly organised a screening interview that went well. Then received an elaborate analytical home task. Spent hours analysing and preparing a presentation. Got congratulated that I successfully passed the task and they would soon come back with the next step. Then after a week of silence Revolut informed me that the position I was interviewed for was closed. The whole process was run by a contractor in Eastern Europe who probably was not well coordinated with the London head office. It is disappointing to spend hours on the analytical task only to be informed in a few days that the position was closed. Why to start recruitment process for a position that was about to be closed? Check with Revolut that the position you are applying for is really active before cracking the analytical task.
