One first interview very quick and then another meet with a Mock call and mock chat with HR agent. Many questions about you and why you want work in Revolut or how do you feel in some situations,

1) Assessment: IQ test, English, other languages, PC skills, general questions about international transactions. The recruiter lost my results and I was asked to do the test again. During the second test I have received the email that I was rejected and they published again at LinkedIn a new advertisement about the position that I was applying for. 2) Interview with HR: They asked about my salary expectation, and they didn’t say how much they will pay in salary. The recruiter arrived 25 minutes later at interview and I needed to send 2 emails to confirm if their intention. 3) Interview with team leader and softskills tests on your computer. TL wants you to share your PC screen and recommends cheating during the interview to answer the simulation. The test was about the Recvolut’s card and transactions procedure. The company doesn't pay a penny and wants you to study and know everything before arriving at the interview. They asked questions but don't answer mine. From the hiring process seems to be not a serious company.

It was a normal job interview. Simple questions, nice recruiter. Didn't get the job and no feedback was given - that was a shame. I know they hire high volumes of people, but still...
