Only made it to Recruiter Screen, but overall negative experience given that 1) the role was apparently "put on hold" a day later and 2) when I asked about diversity of backgrounds/gender at Revolut, the recruiter responded that "they do not care about diversity, they just care about hiring the best talent" and then proceeded to mention that my team of ~15 would be 100% male. Doesn't seem like the Recruiting team has put in the minimum effort to understand hiring bias nor address it...

Son 3 fases: Examen tipo gmat 3 entrevistas: 1 de razonamiento (Encontrar la causa raíz de un problema), 1 Con el Head del área y otra con el CEO. El último filtro es un background check que tardan al rededor de 2 semanas
