Ridiculous it is an understatement.
Being a Recruiter and then seeing how others to their job it is great to learn something, here it is to learn what not to do. I was interviewed first by the Recruiter, completely disconnection, seemed to have a "check-list", no interest in maintaining a conversation, but just rushing to complete the interview, was late for our meeting. Mentioned to have feedback during that week and then I was contacted almost weeks later.
I met a Team Leader (similar to the other Recruiter, with the plus of having an attitude). In the meantime I received an offer from another company, therefore I stopped the process.
This process would have 4 to 5 more interviews! Unbelievable. So much to assess and then ending up with that kind of employees there.
Honestly, I would not recommend any good Recruiter to join this company, besides the long process, you will work with people who you can see from the beginning that are definitely not the best people to work it and they do a bad job.

Devastating to see as someone interviewing for the Talent team - this is the type of experience that gives Recruiters a bad wrap. Completed a 40 minute assessment before even having a conversation. I moved to the next round for a Recruiter Screen only to be ghosted after multiple follow ups.

Passed multiple stages and did not receive feedback. I have been contacted multiple times on linkedin by different recruiters with the same position but they disappeared after a question about previous interview process outcome

After I applied online. I was asked without a first introduction call to complete an online assessment. I prepared for that assessment but since I could not do it from a laptop I asked for the deadline to be extended. I was then gosthed by the recruiter who never answered my emails and Linkedin inmails.
This is quite a bitter experience : being asked to prepare for a test without a first chat and then being ignored. A simple "No we can't extend the test deadline" would have done the job. Not quite the recruitment process described online.
In 2026 caring for the candidate experience is key to keep the employer branding safe. Wishing you to find the suitable candidate who will challenge your current practices.
