Interview process too complex from my point of view:
1. First meeting with recruiter
2. Second is a numerical test online, where you are not allowed to use the calculator - you have ~40 questions to solve in 20 minutes, that is 30 seconds/question.
3. Situational interview - you get to meet with some representatives from Revolut and they ask you situational questions to see how you would react
4. Technical interview
I have not passed the numerical test, but there were 2 things which bothered me:
1. The numerical test did not allow calculators. While I understand the reasoning behind this, I still think it`s nonsense. Firstly because anyone could use a manual calculator (so cheating is still in the scope), secondly because they have less than 30 seconds/question and you simply do not have time to do them all if you are doing it without a calculator
2. After receiving the "feedback" from them, they told me that my result is under the benchmark for the profile I was applying for. I asked for more information, as the feedback was very ambiguous, but I have not received any follow-up since.
Honestly, I did not believe but it looks like all these negative Glassdoor reviews are actually real and spot-on. This is not a transparent way of handling this kind of situation and I would not recommend spending time on them - unless you have time to waste.

The numerical test has the following types of questions:
1. True/False questions based on logical assumptions
2. Pattern recognition
3. Discrepancy recognition
4. Math operations (additions, multiplications, percentages, ratios etc...)

Average process
1- phone call with a recruiter ( who reads off script and asks if you have any questions)
2- online psychometric tests (easy)
3- Problem solving interview (45 minutes)
the interviewer seemed relatively junior and uninterested, came on the call asked for a quick 1 minute intro then straight into the question which
had 2 parts :
1- the hiring process from cv screen to offer takes too long how would you decrease the time it takes?
2- The conversion rates per 1000 applicants is too low how would you increase this ?
I'd suggest looking up case study interviews online. Overall quite a simple question where they're looking to see your thought process.
4- Interview with a senior manager
I thought the process overall was very rigid with no natural conversation to get to know the candidate.
