There are 4 rounds: chat with a future colleague including screening questions, then a assessment, then a conversation with a native speaker, then a conversation with the process manager. The recruiters are almost invisible in the process. You have to constantly remind them you are still in the process. No written information about working at Revolut or on the secondary benefits is provided. When the recruiter says I'll get back to you on that by the end of the day, it translates to 'maybe you'll hear from me in about a week'. Revolut has no idea on the job market in Romania, current salaries and how well companies have organised their recruitment process over here . I received an initial salary offer about 20% under the market rate.
