I recommend revising their interview process to provide better structure. The generic sheet they sent me was irrelevant to the actual coding task (a common complaint on Glassdoor).
The interviewer seemed distracted, asking several irrelevant questions with zero focus on the task (if 4 pm is too late for a focused interview, consider rescheduling). The questions were extremely basic (asking for the complexity of a hashmap? Really?). There wasn't even a HackerRank test; instead, it was a simple copy-paste of several use cases with a poorly described problem statement. I had to seek clarifications multiple times.
Additionally, your initial lowball offer was based on an incorrect calculation of my experience (I started my career in 2017, yet they claimed I had only 5 years of experience is a clear red flag indicator).
Very kind. The questions weren’t easy, but with knowledge of database configurations, concurrency, locks, and some practical experience, you are able to answer them clearly, confidently, and effectively overall. It was good time.
HR interview, coding interview, then system design interview. No specific feedback from them. I really thought I went well and answered everything at least reasonably, but didn't get an offer.

Recruiter round, they’re basically looking for buzz words. They asked for my experiences in handling different scenarios, then other db and concurrent related questions . Overall it was straightforward, just go through other’s experiences here and you should be covered
