I interviewed with this company on two separate occasions. The first time was 6 interviews and it took about 2 months, only for them to then decide to close and rework the position. The second time, one of the employees I had spoken to from the previous time reached out and asked me to apply. Since it had only been a few months since the last time, they said they would put me through a shorter process this time. Well, the shorter process this time, still took 6 separate interviews including two technical interviews. I didn't end up getting an offer and I just kind of feel like they wasted my time.
Initial tech screening and recruiter screen. The tech screen came before the recruiter screen for some reason, and then my interviewer for the recruiter screen was 17 minutes late. Clearly a super disorganized hiring process. After that, they gave me an automated coding assessment (even though I just had a tech screen?), which I completed with a score of 100%. And then they ghosted me. Cool.
