2. Technical Round (Round 1)
In this round, candidates were evaluated on their technical knowledge, including:

Entrevista
HR Screening: A 15-minute chat about your background, notice period, and salary.
Technical Round 1 (The "How"): Focuses on hard skills. Expect live SQL queries (Joins/Gaps), Linux commands (grep, find, top), and basic scripting.
Technical Round 2 (The "Scenario"): Focuses on troubleshooting. They’ll give you a fake outage (e.g., "The app is slow") and watch your logic for finding the root cause.
Managerial/HR (The "Fit"): Focuses on resilience. Questions about handling night shifts, high-pressure P1 situations, and difficult stakeholders.
