They ask you personality questions to see if your normal, because they like to hire mentally ill employees. Even though i am not mentally challenged, people at head office are and they did not like me because i was normal and i have values, morals and respect for all human beings. being not related to anyone has an effect as well, because they hire family and friends and bullying and favouritism is the norm there.
