I was ghosted. I applied for this job online, and after a month, I received an email inviting me to do a one-sided video screening interview with 5-6 questions online. I'll admit, I hesitated about accepting the opportunity at this point, but sadly continued. So, after another 2 weeks, post the 1-sided interview, I got a call from HR to do another screening session. Following that (about a week), I had an hour-long meeting with the hiring director. The interview itself went smoothly - the questions were situational but standard. I explained my capabilities and how they matched the opportunity. Overall, the interview experience was enjoyable with friendly people all around, including HR. However, after that, I was ghosted for over a month until I received a rejection email saying they chose to go with someone else. After some research, I discovered that they reposted the job. So, yeah, that's how it went. In case it helps anyone, and they still want to give it a try, I believe the approved salary range for the position was between $90k and $99k. Like I said, everyone was fun to speak to, but it's sad that they keep re-posting jobs like this, and never fill the role.
