Only one meeting was organized with HR responsable and the future manager of lighting département. It was more or less 30 min of interview about my professional experience, explaining with détails what I learnt and how I manage the différents past projects. Then, they explained me in what consists the position and the whole philosophy of Rexel. 3 weeks later then den me a first offer by mail that I accept.
