I began correspondence with RJ Reynolds through a recruiter that noticed my resume online. I received an email from the recruiter detailing the position. From there you will have a phone interview, webcam profile (7 to 10 questions), and ultimately the panel interview. RJR will fly you out to the lotcation of the panel interviews and pay for a one night stay in a hotel. The panel interview itself was behavioral related and consisted of 2 seperate interviews with 2 upper management personnel each time.

It was a smooth and comfortable experience and I felt at home and cared about. They ask good questions to get to know the candidates. To some candidates, it might seem like they asked tough questions, but they just wanna make sure that they will find good career driven people that want a long-term career instead of just a job with a paycheck.
