Contacted by outsourced 3rd party HR firm and they conducted a phone interview. The agency then recommended me for the job and set me up for a panel interview with RJ Reynolds in Winston Salem. Panel interview consisted of 2 groups with 3 managers/directors each and lasted for an hour a piece. One week later I was offered the job.
