The interview was very basic. I signed up through my schools career center, and sent in my resume via email. I received an email back within a week or so telling me that I have a phone interview in the next week. I did the phone interview but was not impressed at all. There was no rapport and the interviewer was very dull and monotone making the interview seem not important. It was far from an organic conversations (I had a phone interview a few hours earlier that was much more conversational) and scripted. You could tell the interviewer was just trying to get it over with asap. The interviewer did not understand the job i was applying for and couldn't answer the questions I had for him at the end of the interview. The questions were very basic and the interview was short. It really lowered my expectations for the job/company.

It was a smooth and comfortable experience and I felt at home and cared about. They ask good questions to get to know the candidates. To some candidates, it might seem like they asked tough questions, but they just wanna make sure that they will find good career driven people that want a long-term career instead of just a job with a paycheck.
