I applied online via Careerbuilder.com. I received immediate confirmation. After a few days, I was contacted for a phone interview. The interviewer was professional and pleasant. The interview lasted approximately 25 minutes with a series of questions designed to get a feel for the candidate and choose the most qualified candidates based on experience. Some questions were "textbook" and others were more specific. Overall, a good interview. I feel tha RJ Reynolds is a great company and it appears that they care about their employees.

Well organized interview. 2 Panels and a 2 page 1 hour case study. 4 hours total and all behavioral questions. The case study was primarily mathematical. You were required to find a solution on whether or not an investment of a machine was feasible. You were given the unit profit margins and the variable costs and based on this feasibility should be determined. This was for a position at the Oxford manufacturing plant in NC. They were quick to respond. they said 1 week and it was exactly that (7 days).
