Entrevista
Initial phone screen interview with recruiter. From there you are given a video interview to film yourself answering questions. You are then scheduled to do a day on the trade. That is where you spend the day with a territory manager in your area and learn about the position. From there you are flown to a location for a panel interview, where you will meet with two groups of three people. They ask all sorts of behavioral type questions. They have specific things they are looking for. I have had experience working in the tobacco industry, and was not given an offer, so I am not sure exactly what they wanted to hear.

The interview process at RJRTC involved several rounds of interviews including a phone interview. The in person interviews consisted of three to four interviewers. The interview questions were primarily situational and happened in stages.

Two Panel Interviews with two managers in each panel. The managers tell their story then you get to tell about yourself. After that behavioral questions it will be intense if you’re nervous or unprepared.
Tips
Just think of relevant examples from your work history or if recent college grad, use college examples. STAR format to answer questions.

Entrevista
Phone interview with 3rd party company that I feel reads from a script and doesn’t actually know the company. It was fairly simple with basic questions usually about 5. The call only took roughly 15 minutes. This type of interview method is poorly looked upon from other employers. Once you apply you receive emails stating if you move forward, if that’s the case you do online interview then a panel interview.
