Entrevista
The recruiter reached out to me via 30 phone minute interview after I applied online. After the phone interview, it took about 2 weeks until I heard back in which they wanted to fly me out for an in person interview. I couldn't make the first date and they offered me a second date to interview. I flew out on Monday morning, stayed in Winston-Salem in the hotel right next to HQ, and interviewed (and fly home) on Tuesday. I heard back from my recruiter about the offer on my flight home that evening.
I interviewed with 3 managers/directors. This was 45 minutes where they took turns asking me interview questions. Then I interviewed with the 3 VPs of the department and it was the same situation where they took turns asking me questions. The 2nd interview with VPs was very short, it was just a "get to know you" thing and they were nice but it was rushed.

Entrevista
Applied online, HR contacted over the phone and asked some behavioral questions. Then technical interview was conducted over the phone with a team member. Finally, selected for the panel interview at Reynolds american, Winston-Salem, NC (US).
