Phone interview with recruiter followed by day on the trade, webcam interview, and webcam video recordings of responses to additional questions. Recruiter helpful and available for questions throughout the process. Must be willing to relocate. Final panel interview will determine whether I get an offer from the recruiter - he will decide what location I would be in. So it's important to develop a relationship with him/her throughout the interview process!
