Mostly the interview process has been outlined already and is accurate. It took exactly 2.5 weeks from initial interview to decision which very quick. Some details about the panel: I spent 35 minutes in each room, 1 room had 2 DMs from the local area I was interviewing at, the other had 2 local upper managers. Note that at the beginning the panel facilitator mentioned that they might ask "sell me a pen" (they didn't) but I would prepare for that one just in case. Questions asked that I can remember: - Tell me about your DOTT (first question in both rooms) - Name a time you went above and beyond for a customer - What motivates you? - What are you passionate about? - Why should we hire you? - Name a time you put your professional goals aside to help someone else? - Change in work policy and how you reacted - Time you improved work process - Why tobacco industry? - How did you hear about this position In the end I thought I did well but I received a rejection about 24 hours later.
