Listen to the recruiter and get as much advice as possible from the rep you ride with on your day on the trade. They'll tell you exactly what to expect. Panel interview was the hardest part (obviously) but as long as you're prepared you'll be okay. They flew me from Phoenix to Tampa and I was freaking out the whole time. Looking back, I wish I was more calm beforehand because it wasn't as terrible or difficult as I thought it would be. However, do not read that and think you can just breeze by. You do really need to prepare.

Entrevista
It was a smooth and comfortable experience and I felt at home and cared about. They ask good questions to get to know the candidates. To some candidates, it might seem like they asked tough questions, but they just wanna make sure that they will find good career driven people that want a long-term career instead of just a job with a paycheck.

Entrevista
Initial interview with recruiter and then ending with a panel interview with 2 managers. The initial interview was more about reviewing my background and finding if I could be a fit. The panel interview ask a series of questions and then allots time for you to ask them questions about the position.
