R&R contacted me via email. I had to schedule a test to take at once of their offices. After the test, they had two HR people interview me. After the test and interview, they had me fill out an "about me" form on their computers.
I received an email a week after letting me know they did not choose me to go any further (technical interview).

Reached out by a recruiter to complete an online personality assessment. The assessment took about 30 minutes to complete and it consists of basic math and reasoning questions and personality questions.

Heard from a recruitment member via email upon applying. Following a response confirming I wanted to continue with the application, I was given an "IQ" assessment to finish. Upon scoring well and within the time frame we were asked to complete a skills assessment to match us to our supposed "dream placement". After completing all of these assessments, the company did not reach out for more than a week after which they finally sent a short rejection email with no feedback or information. Reviews on other platforms support this type of response, seemingly typical behavior.

I was asked to take an at home test as well as a personality test before the first remote interview. The first interview was remote, then I had an onsite interview in which they asked very basic questions.
