First I had an online test which involved a lot of questions and was for over 1 hour. After that I was informed to set up a phone interview which I did.

I applied online. I had to take a 2 hours assessment test. Around 2-3 days later, I got an email for invitation to interview on site. The interview was said to be around 2 hours long. One hour is for a proctored assessment. The other one is for actual interview.
