Entrevista
The interview process began with initial testing, which was rather difficult and timed. The same day I had my first face to face interview with a manager in the Marketing department. That day a follow up interview was set up with the Vice President of Marketing. In an effort to find out my chances of being hired, I inquired with the recruiting team. They confirmed that once you achieve an interview with a Vice President the opportunity for hire is pretty good. Thus, I also took the drug test on my way home from the interview. The interview was scheduled the next day due to availability limitations. I was told I would be contacted soon. I waited a few days but was proactive and called at the end of the week requesting status. At this point, they were in a decision making process. So I waited another week and called back again after not hearing from anyone. The Vice President of Marketing wanted me to interview once again, this time with a different manager in the Marketing department where I would be a better fit. After this third interview, I called again at the end of the week and they did not have any answer at the time. I was then called the next week with an offer for the position and I began the following Monday.
In my opinion, it was a very thorough and enjoyable process. Obviously, I would have preferred a shorter process, but I understood they wanted to ensure I was the best fit for the department and furthermore, put in the most appropriate position. I have now been with the company nearly a year and am very happy I accepted the position.

I applied online, received a pre-assessment task. The tasks are really long, actually gave up not because of difficulty but how long they are. They also ask questions completely unrelated to the position e.g what city was separated by a wall for 28 years/ or Who is John Milton...

Entrevista
I never got to the interview process. The skills assessment test is ridiculous. I applied online. I received an email and was invited to take a 3-hour skills assessment that had nothing to do with the position. The test consisted of sectioned and timed questions ranging from pictorial pattern awareness, number sequence pattern awareness, to advanced math word problems. I believe I slipped up on the word problems. It was not because they were too difficult, it was because the system only gives you 15 minutes to answer as many as you possibly can without a calculator. I could understand if I was applying for an engineering position; however, even then engineers use calculators. True story, I've seen it happen.

Entrevista
I got about halfway through the process, which had taken about two weeks. I took a personality test and an aptitude test. The aptitude test consisted of three sections, two being pretty basic. But the third section was all algebra that I haven't done since high school. Oh, and you can't use a calculator. I did the practice problems like they recommended and they didn't help at all. Everyone I came into contact with during the process was nice, but I think their hiring process is a little ridiculous considering the amount they are willing to pay their employees.
