I submitted a resume and heard back about a day later with an email saying they wanted to move forward with me, and the next step was to complete an assessment. This was made up of a personality assessment, business logic questions, and the worst part- the math questions. All of these questions had nothing to do with the work I would have done for them- yet they chose not to move forward with me simply because (in my opinion) I'm not a good test taker (especially when it comes to math.) To make matters even worse, all the assessments combined took about 2-2.5 hours to complete. Time completely wasted. My advice- don't waste your time. Work for a company that appreciates the knowledge you can contribute towards your role and the company- not silly math or other BS questions that don't pertain to your job.
