The testing was very thorough. There was an IQ test. Ethics test, number sequencing test. I think the pre testing included about 5 tests total.. then came interview day and more testing. The testing was harder at location. This included an algebra word test which had more problems than probably anyone can finish in the time allotted. There was also a spatial relationships test. The third written test was group of letter sequences in which you had to determine the next letter in the sequence. After testing comes the interview/s. I don't know if they pre screen after the testing.. before doing any interviews or if they interview everyone. The first interview is done by a recruiter. Basic stuff about what you want to do, what you have done.. This appears to be to get a general idea of the type of person you are and if you pass this part, You may be asked to fill out an aplication that asks such things as what is the criticism you hear most, family member occupations etc.. . A similar question was asked previously on the initial application about what is your greatest weakness. The pay level appears to be lower than industry average but it is in Dayton which has had a lot of job losses recently. There are other significant benefits of this company. The location is great and they have a work out center. They have mentoring and assist in furthering education. The people there seem friendly and well mannered.
