Recruiter screening, recruiter interview, 2nd interview with supervisor, and 3rd interview with director. The recruiters are great and friendly. The supervisors are overly confident in their abilities. The director could not care less if you are a quality hire because your the supervisors problem. There is a 3 part aptitude test you must pass to get the 2nd interview with a recruiter. The parts are Math, Job preference, and Personality. It will take about 1hr 30min to complete.

The interview process so far has been great! The assessments may seem tedious at first, but it is understandable to why the company conducts these during the interview process.
