A recruiter reached out to me about this role twice, had me fill out 3 separate wonderlic personality tests one of which was 300 questions, Testing too took 3 hours to complete. I never even got to speak with anyone, the whole process felt extremely unprofessional and wasteful. At no point was I asked a technical question or anything related to the role itself, waste of time.
