They cold call you asking for a time on when you're available for a screening (which could've been an email). Then they ask you to answer a very long, written pre-screening questionnaire (behavioral method questions). I accidentally missed the call (and she left a voicemail). I immediately called the recruiter back within a minute and then sent her an email. She never responded back. Essentially wasted everyone's time.

Entrevista
Extensive interview process; took almost a full day of my time. Senior-level interviewer was not at all prepared and seemed completely disinterested. They didn't value my time and I never heard a peep — despite multiple follow-ups to the recruiter — from the company.
