The only thing I didn't like was that I had to do an assessment which included a video recording and additional work (overall 2 hours) before meeting or talking with a single person about the role, which felt impersonal.
I enjoyed the actual interview (which was the next round). It was in-person at their offices which are lovely, and the two people who interviewed me were very friendly, and made me feel at ease. It felt more like a good discussion than a strict interview.
I unfortunately didn't get to the next round, but after that it would have been an interview with the CEO and HR for a culture fit check, and then a reference check would be done.
