My experience with this company’s interview process was frustrating. After multiple rounds and assessments, I started to question their hiring practices. The team seemed inexperienced and inefficient which showed during the interview process. Current employees mentioned they knew each other prior to being hired, which made it seem like an insider-only circle. If you're not already connected internally, it may not be worth your time. l felt like my time wasn’t valued. Proceed with caution.

After the good things I'd heard I was surprised at the turn the interview took. I found the interview process to be progressively more detailed, starting with two hour long phone interviews, followed by a full morning of interviews ranging from project managers, statisticians, and directors. Everyone was articulate and positive about the company. Many of the sessions were redundant with people asking variations of the same question. The interviews were conducted in pairs, with a few minutes break in between. Many questions asked 'how did you deal with xxx', specific issues, or asked you to highlight how you'd solved problems or contributed in a creative way. I unfortunately ran into one person who was biased and behaved inappropriately during two parts of the process.
