I interviewed with the recruiter, the hiring manager, and two executives. The interviews were all virtual due to the pandemic. Each of the interviewers was exceptionally nice and it was clear that they enjoyed working for Rho; many of them have been there a long time, which speaks volumes about the workplace and the stability of the organization.
