First in-person interview with the new staff Second in-person interview with the senior staff Third and final in-person interview with the House Fiscal Advisor They would usually take 1-2 weeks to make the final decision. They would usually interview between 8-12 candidates for 3-4 open positions. They would usually spend between 3-4 days just conducting interviews all day.
