The interview process was very well-organized. The interviewer started by giving me a clear and concise overview of what to expect, which immediately put me at ease. The entire experience felt very easygoing, and I never once felt intimidated.

Entrevista
The interview process was great and fairly easy thanks to the guidance of Martha Pena. She explained every step of the process very clearly and was extremely helpful whenever I had questions. Going into the interview I was definitely nervous, but Martha and the department head were both very welcoming, kind, and genuine, which helped me relax and truly be myself during the conversation. The interview felt very professional while also being comfortable and conversational. Overall, the process was simple, smooth, and stress free, and it gave me a great first impression of the company culture at Rhodes.

Overall the interview process was great! After submitting your application, and if you're selected, you'll be contacted via email for a screening/interview where a recruiter will want to get you to know better and if you're fit for the intern position. On your screening, you'll be asked a set of interview questions. Sometime after you will be contacted whether you got the position.
