Back in 2022, the was 3 rounds of interviews and a set of online tests.
1st round of interview was a more casual one with the HR team. The other 2 was with the technical lead and it involves tests on the spot.

Entrevista
First interview was quick and I was asked some brief questions about why I'm looking for a new job, if I have any problems with their work culture, etc. Basic questions.
I was then sent a coding challenge to complete within 1 week, and I completed it on time, but never got an answer from them.
The challenge is not that hard and they ask to leave the repository you created public, so they can see your code. The main issue with this is, if you search the challenge title or anything Ria Money related on google, github repos from other candidates will show up, so it feels weird seeing your competition. Not sure if this is a common practice, but it is weird for me.
