Very thorough and detailed. They really want to get to know you instead of just the standard textbook question/answer session. You will meet with several different people from various departments and even the president of the company. I like that the feel of the interviews was more casual and "real" than typical interviewing. I wasn't nervous after the first 5 minutes because they make you feel like they really want to get to know you.
