Sent in Resume and Cover Letter. did not recieve call for several weeks. Called them back 2 1/2 weeks later. Went over some of the position. Was asked to complete the Wonderlic test. I finished the test sent and told HR it was complete. After evaluating it I ended up screening myself out as a candidate even though I passed the Cognitive portion, which I figured would happen. Still hard to get into upward mobility when many companies use this similar screening process. Seems like a decent company with plenty of opportunity but very close knit and hard to get into.
