I applied for a role with Richemont at the end of June. After speaking with a recruiter and hearing nothing for two weeks, I was invited to have a skype interview. I completed it, then was invited for another interview. Then another. Then another, this time with a case study. Every interview was 1-2 weeks after the preceding one. I completed those, and they didn't honor the time frame they agreed to with when I'd get a response. A few days later, I was told I didn't get the role.
Two weeks later, I saw the position reposted. I reached out, and was told to interview with another two individuals, 2 weeks later, which I did.
When I reached out 3 weeks later, I heard nothing. Two weeks after that, I was told by the recruiter that my e-mail had gone to their junk folder, and they were still reviewing applicants.
Finally, 119 days after my initial application and 47 days after I was given a second wind when I reached out after seeing the position was reposted, I was told for the second time I didn't get the role.
I understand very clearly why the first person left the role so suddenly after getting it.
It is clear Richemont doesn't value or appreciate the time of their applicants. I strongly avoid interviewing or considering career opportunities with them.
