Interview process was done via a outsourced recruiter. The first interview was done over Zoom with the TA Manager. It went great and TA Manager was friendly and professional. I was called down for a second interview that was face to face last Thursday. It was supposed to be an interview with 3 of the managers but ended up being with 1 of them only. Questions asked were competency based like as if i went for an examination ie. what is work permit, what do you know about spass, what do you know about the new COMPASS, what are some letters you have prepared etc. Interviewer did not bother to get to know me as a person, my beliefs, my motivations, why I want to join Richemont and overall having an interaction with me even though it was a face to face interview at their office. Interview ended in 15 minutes and was escorted out right after that.
