I was on the Ricoh side participating in hiring PS people.
Usually easy, this is a Sales org. Brush up on Sales kissing. Even though you may be a technical IT person all they'll hear is how much you will increase their commission. Tell them about other projects and find ways to put a dollar value on it.
Detail some 3rd party vendor projects you worked on. Even if you didn't actually do it, maybe your co-worker did, yet you know the details and could have done it.
Be sure to put the above on your resume.
Remember, most companies won't allow a previous manager to be a reference other than confirm HR stuff, so a co-worker can help you with BS. Have them add it to your LinkedIn page.
Indicate how well you take direction, even when you knew it wasn't right but it was important to your manager. Your manager knows better, that is why he is the manager and that is why you want to work for him. There are a lot of used car salesmen here so find a way to show that you see nothing and support whatever it takes to be on a winning $ team.
