I interviewed for a sales position a few weeks after applying. A kind lady from HR called to set up the interview. The interview lasted about 30 minutes with a few of the higher ups in sales. I thought the interview went well, and it was more conversation based rather than question drilling. Conversations flowed smoothly, questions were asked and answered by both sides, it seemed like a great call. At the conclusion of the interview, I was told that they were trying to move quickly with this process and that I would hear back soon. Despite my multiple attempts trying to follow up after the interview, I never heard back. I don't even know if they hired anyone for the position or not. Not even a simple "sorry, we chose to go in a different direction" email. It was very disheartening to be ghosted following an interview, but I guess that's business.

Entrevista
I had an introductory interview with the HR recruiter and also met with one of the team members. I thought the interview went well and enjoyed our conversations. However, I never heard back from them. I followed up, but I didn't even receive an email letting me know they had decided to move forward with someone else.
The interview process at Riddell typically begins with an application review, followed by an initial phone or virtual screening with HR to discuss your background and the role. Depending on the position, you may complete a technical assessment or submit a portfolio. Next, you'll have interviews with the hiring manager and possibly a panel of team members, focusing on your skills, experience, and cultural fit. Final interviews may involve senior leadership, with discussions about your qualifications and contributions to Riddell's mission. Successful candidates receive an offer, while others are provided with feedback.
