Entrevista
The "interview" was very informal. It consisted of mostly just talking about my experience as a CNC Programmer and Operator. I gave a brief summary of myself - a recent mechanical engineer graduate - and what I was capable of doing in the machine shop. I was then given a quick tour of shop and told some of the responsibilities I would have should I decide to work there.

There were no surprises during the interview, it was all just straight forward. If I was taken aback by anything, it was the fact that he was expecting to be ready to work the next day ( I was interviewed on a Wednesday).
