Long interview but it was useful to learn what the company did and how they treated their customers in the work environment. Unclear on the details of the job but did 3 rounds of interviews

The interview was did not pertain to the position posted. This is a franchise company. If a manager interviewing cannot answer your question but repeats himself, this is not a good place to work for. This was not an interview. They bring you in just to tell you about a totally different position and will review your resume. Really? What a waste of time. I had to give him examples of each answer. I read the reviews on glassdoor and I should have stayed home. A franchise company had a revolving door for applicants and this is exactly what it is. I told him to not contact me for 2nd interview because it was not what I wanted.
